Financial Inclusion of Female Entrepreneurs in Somalia
April 4, 2026
Improving women's access to basic financial services like savings accounts, credit, insurance, and digital payments is known as financial inclusion of female entrepreneurs in Somalia. Many Somali women experience obstacles like as poor collateral, cultural limitations, and a lack of official financial records, even though they are heavily involved in small and medium-sized businesses. Increasing financial inclusion lowers poverty, boosts company expansion, empowers these women economically, and advances Somalia's economy as a whole.
